We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from the "Amazing Journey" today who shared God's word from the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Stories were brought to life as special visitors shared their experiences of meeting Jesus. We heard from Matthew the tax collector, the woman at the well, one of the soldiers at the crucifixion and Mary Magdalene. The children loved the images and stories and were quick to dress up in Bible time clothing. We all tried the treats from this era but much prefer our sweet treats now! Olives and dates are definitely an acquired taste!!
