We’ve had the best time exploring our farm theme both inside and out this week! Our little farmers have been incredibly busy building, creating, and learning.
Inside the classroom, we've been:
- 💻 Coding and creating our very own busy farmyards.
- 💦 Splashing into math with water play and rhymes to explore subtraction.
- 📝 Writing important "to-do" lists for the farmer at our writing table.
Outside in the fresh air, we've been:
- 🪹 Building cozy bird nests using natural materials.
- 🖍️ Drawing vibrant chalk animals on the pavement.
- 🎳 Practicing our "take away" skills with a fun game of bowling.
- 🔨 Acting as construction workers to build sturdy hen houses.
Learning through play is hard work, but Room 2 is definitely up to the task! 🐓☀️
