Room 2 had an amazing time playing Guess Who? with our very own baby photos! The fun didn’t stop there — through our play we explored all the ways we can care for babies, from bathing and feeding to changing nappies. Our creative minds were hard at work too! 🧠🎨 Children designed their own cradles and explored sound using recycled materials to make baby a new rattle. They even used building blocks to create brand-new cots for their baby dolls. We also learnt how midwives keep babies healthy by carrying out important checks to make sure they are growing and thriving. The baby clinic role-play corner and the Lego hospital were HUGE hits — the children showed so much empathy and care, truly reflecting everything they’ve learned from the Roots of Empathy programme. 💚 To finish off our week, we were lucky enough to hear from one of our wonderful parents who is a midwife. What an inspiring experience for our little learners! 👩⚕️✨
