Today during our Outdoor Learning Day the boys and girls in Room 3 visited the CPS Fun Fair 🎡 We practiced our numeracy skills by identifying the coins and notes as well as their values, counting out quantities and giving change. The children had to pay to take part in each activity and sometimes half or double the price depending on their group size.
Everyone took turns at being the stall assistant checking the customers values and giving accurate change. We enjoyed playing connect 4, the crossbar challenge, beanbag/hoop throw, basketball shoot, snakes and ladders and the plank challenge.
What a gorgeous, sunny day it was! We had a blast learning together! Room 3 thrive outdoors 🤩☀️🎡 Such a fun activity and some super practice to consolidate our money topic💰
