Today the boys and girls in Room 3 set off into our community to complete an investigation. We used a tally chart to record how many of each different mode of transport passed through Castledawson Main Street during a set period of time. The children watched cars, buses, vans, lorries and bicycles pass by. After returning to school we used our data to create some wonderful bar charts. We really enjoyed this numeracy lesson and are looking forward to exploring more representations of data this week 📊 Our boys and girls loved learning outside the classroom together 😊
