Every weekend we have the opportunity to take part in a lockdown challenge. The challenges help fulfil our Take 5 goals and promote positive well-being. This week we were going on our bird trail and taking part in the RSPB Big Birdwatch and so we were taking notice of nature and our surroundings ♥️
