It was lovely to have a wellbeing day this week to help break us back into school after the Easter holidays. Everyone in Room 4 had a great time as we created some wonderful models using recyclable materials. We created and then presented rainforest animals ( some based on real animals and others based on the fictional creatures we had designed as part of our topic work) They turned out brilliantly and were good fun to make. After break we were off the pool for our swimming lesson before writing and exchanging bucket filler notes with others in our class. In the afternoon we made the most of the beautiful weather and headed outdoors to do some weeding and planting. We will tend for and nurture our carrots and cauliflowers over the coming weeks and hopefully we will be able to harvest them when they are ready to eat. We really had a great day with lots of fun together 😊
