Room 5 Entrepreneurs!
Over the past couple of weeks, our P7 children have been working incredibly hard to develop their own business ideas. Working in teams, they learned all about what it takes to start a business — from generating an idea and carrying out market research, to designing products, creating a brand, and advertising their business.
Today, our five groups had the opportunity to pitch their ideas to four parents who run their own businesses. We are so grateful to Andy, Aaron, Amanda and Robert for giving up their time to come into school, listen to the children’s presentations and share their advice and expertise.
The children themselves were hugely impressive. Every single group amazed us with the creativity of their ideas and the effort they put into bringing them to life. Despite having limited time in school, many of the children continued working on their businesses at home, showing real commitment and enthusiasm.
As part of their pitches, the children had samples of their products prepared for the judges to see and try, and they had also created their own video advertisement to help promote their business.
A massive well done to all of our P7 entrepreneurs. We are incredibly proud of what they have achieved. πππΌπ
