We had the best day today as we celebrated European Language Day and enjoyed a wellbeing day filled with fun activities. We started the day finding out a little bit about the country of Scotland before completing a scavenger hunt to match Scottish words to English ones. We then made feel good fans where we wrote nice messages to our classmates to build each other up. After break we found out about Steven Brown the famous Scottish artist and then we created our own versions of his well known McCoo the highland cow before playing some fun games together. After a game of football at lunchtime we created our own Scottish scenes on Minecraft complete with castles and the 'Blockness' Monster. We enjoyed a visit from a grandparent who grew up in Scotland and finished tge day with a fantastic Scottish dance demonstration. A really brilliant day all round
