We were so excited to welcome so many book characters into class today as part of our World Book Day celebrations. We had fun exploring each of the characters before meeting up with our buddies. P1 and P7 had the pleasure of listening to a story read by one of our parents before she helped us explore the key features of a story. We had fun discussing our story ideas with our buddies and then drew details of the setting, characters and story sequence. Our P7 buddies helped us develop our ideas using Book Creator on the iPad. We look forward to sharing our ideas. P2 had fun sharing Mr Men stories with P6. They loved creating their favourite character to develop their own stories.
